The Challenge

High-performance individuals, whether elite athletes, executives, or frequent travelers, face constant physiological and cognitive stress. Recovery tools exist, but most operate in silos: massage chairs, meditation apps, sound therapy devices, or light panels, each addressing a single aspect of wellbeing without integration or measurable feedback. This fragmentation limits effectiveness and scalability.

The Regenesis Pod set out to solve this gap: a compact, fully integrated recovery platform delivering guided multisensory experiences that regulate stress, restore energy, and enhance cognitive performance in under 20 minutes. 

Co-founded by Novak Djokovic and Tavis Keen, Regenesis grew out of Novak’s two-decade pursuit of better recovery and performance, with the ambition to bring multiple recovery modalities into one seamless experience.

Regenesis engaged White Mirror to support the development of the prototype into a coherent, science-led product experience, shaping the sensory journey, UX, research validation and positioning needed to take the Pod from prototype to market.

The Solution

While the prototype had strong engineering, it lacked a unified science-driven flow, a structured content and UX system, validated evidence for its claims, and clear commercial positioning for high-value markets.

White Mirror led the product transformation across four core workstreams:

  • Multisensory Experience Design
    We helped restructure the session architecture around the science of nervous system regulation, guiding users from cognitive activation into parasympathetic recovery using a coherent blend of light, visuals, vibration, infrared, scent, and spatial audio, etc.

  • Content & UX System Development
    We mapped the entire content library across different session types (e.g. NSDR, breathwork, recovery, energy) and user tiers (low, medium, high-frequency users). We also defined the dual-screen UX logic for personalization, onboarding, and feedback loops.

  • Scientific Research & Validation
    We co-designed the pilot research protocol and captured key biomarkers, including EEG, HRV, GSR, respiratory rate, and subjective questionnaires, showing measurable improvements in stress, cognition, and emotional regulation.

  • Commercial Positioning & Messaging
    We helped reposition Regenesis from a “wellness pod” to a performance recovery platform, tailored for high-stress, high-performance environments like aviation, elite sport, and executive wellness. Messaging frameworks were developed for use across sales, PR, and investor materials.

The Outcome

The Regenesis x White Mirror pilot validated the potential of integrating multiple sensory technologies into a single, science-driven platform. In a study with a sample pool of subjects, we measured physiological, neurological, and emotional markers before and after exposure to several Regenesis programs, showing clear and measurable improvements.

Today, Regenesis is positioned as an immersive recovery technology for high-performance living, with applications spanning luxury hospitality, wellness destinations, elite performance environments and travel. Qatar Airways has already been announced as an official partner, with Qatar set to become a hub for the technology and the Pod intended to support both airline staff and travellers.
